Stantonbury Campus Library and Resource Centre is at the heart of the school and houses over 30,000 resources, including extensive audio visual materials, topic boxes, periodicals and a suite of computers.
Key Stage 3 students have timetabled English lessons in the library where they participate in the successful Accelerated Reader programme which supports them to tread books that are appropriate to their reading ability and stretches them to go beyond. Our experienced librarian also runs a variety of other activities including induction programmes, book clubs, book fairs and shadowing the Carnegie Medal.
Students may use the library before school, at break and at lunchtimes. The library is also open after school for homework or reading activities.
Library opening times:

Friday – 08.00 – 15.30 (quiet study area open until 16.00)
