Re: Educational visit to Berlin – Monday 18 June – Thursday 21 June.
The visit is open to Year 12 students who are studying History, but will be opened to other 6th Form students if places are still available.
The purpose of the trip is to study German history and culture which has a direct link with the German history that students are studying in both year 12 and 13.
It is also a really great city to visit that provides a number of excellent cultural and tourist highlights.
To cover the full cost of the visit we request a contribution of £375. We regret that the visit will be cancelled if insufficient contributions are received. Students in receipt of income-related benefits will qualify for assistance. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to apply. The Campus Charging and Remissions Policy are available on our web-site and can be requested in hard copy from Student Services.
A deposit of £80 is required by Friday 13 April. Please note this is non-returnable as we have to make payments for the visit in advance. If the trip is cancelled you will receive a full refund. Full payment is due by 25 May.
Full details regarding the itinerary and the return slip can be found on the letter below which can be downloaded and printed.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact party leader and Head of Humanties, Liam Morgan.
