Circuit Challenge This is a good way to tone up and keep fit. The class ranges from skipping to using free weights. Circuit training provides an efficient means of improving cardiovascular condition and muscle tone all in one.
Aqua Zumba focuses on cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning in the pool with the use of apparatus. In this class there is hardly any impact on the joints and the water offers resistance. Anyone can attend this class, including people in recovery, with back problems and pregnant women.
Body dynamics is an Elastic Resistance class which focuses on strengthening the core muscles of the body, as well as improving balance and the range of motion of the muscles. This class is excel-lent for people who have injuries, move with difficulty or who need special attention.
Body Sculpt A fun and dynamic class designed to make you sweat. Muscle toning and core strength combined with bursts of cardio and a relaxing stretch. Tone your way to a fitter healthier you!
Zumba is a combination of Aerobic moves with a fun Latin dance style. It has easy to follow dance routines and is great for improving overall fitness.
Spin Biking is a cardiovascular form of exercise which can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. This class involves speed cycling, hill climbs and combinations of high and low resistance.

Fitball Class This is a fun class focusing on core stability using mainly fitballs; Working your whole body, this will help your posture and balance, giving your abs and back a good workout.
Fit N Funky is an aerobic workout, aiming to develop cardiovascular fitness. Fun aerobics routines suitable for all levels.
Step n Tone is a combination of simple step movements for a fast and effective aerobic workout! Excellent for improving strength and aids in the prevention of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
Swim Fit is an intensive 60 minute swim session that works on stamina and endurance. You will need to be a competent swimmer to attend these training sessions.
Yoga is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners. It is a form of power yoga and is of an energising nature. A high level of fitness can be achieved from practising it. (Not suitable for pregnant women)
