The Box Office is open from 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday and for one half hour before performances for most shows. A booking fee of £1.50 per transaction is applied to all credit and debit card bookings, tickets can be collected at the box office or there is an additional fee of 50p for postage.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. Ticket reservations must be paid for within 5 days of booking or they will be released for resale and we are unable to reserve tickets without payment within the 3 days prior to the performances. Extended reservation periods are available for groups and school bookings.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Children under 5 will not be admitted for any performance other than family shows. For family shows children under 18 months will be admitted free of charge if they do not require a seat. A babes in arms ticket will be issued for this purpose, please advise the Box Office when booking.

We make every effort to ensure the information on the website is up to date. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, times, ticket prices and opening hours. When you book for the first time you will be asked if you would like to receive information from us.
