Welcome to Stantonbury – a campus with first class teaching, sports and arts facilities for 11-18 year olds and our local community.

Our four 11-16 and one post 16 Halls provide dedicated staff to offer the care and support of a small school, while the large campus ensures students can benefit from many wider opportunities through clubs and activities. We are particularly proud of the exceptional creative activities we are able to offer as a specialist centre for the performing and visual arts.

Students and staff thrive in a mature and supportive environment where we work together to realise potential. We expect our students to work hard. We have an innovative rewards system, establish warm relationships and strive to balance challenge and support. Students and staff use first name terms as they would in an adult working environment and, as a result, our students are good, confident communicators.

Stantonbury is a rapidly improving school where staff really care for students and go the extra mile to help them succeed. There have been excellent improvements over the last year and we now putting in place plans to transform learning and the curriculum.  In 2012 we broke previous records for exam result to make Stantonbury a safe, stimulating and aspirational place for our students to learn and grow.
