The Aerobics timetable is available at Reception. All our classes are instructed by qualified instructors.

Fitball Class

Fitball is a fun class focussing on core stability using mainly fit balls; this will help your posture and balance giving your abs and back a good workout.

Aero-Biking

Cycle (beginner and intermediate) classes are non-impact, 60-minute sessions, that takes place on a stationary bike, in a group setting.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua fitness focuses on cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning in the pool with the use of apparatus.

Body Toning

 Body Toning class is a combination of Pilates and toning movements, which concentrate on strengthening the core muscles of the body.

Fit N' Funky

An aerobic workout, aiming to develop cardiovascular fitness. Fun aerobics routines suitable for all levels.

Total Body Workout

Whole body strength and conditioning class, combining weights bars, dumb bells and floor work to challenge the uppper and lower body.

Yoga

Yoga is low intensity, low impact class. The focus is on core stability, balance and suppleness to improve posture and everyday living. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Step and Tone

A combination of simple step movements for a fast and effective aerobic workout!!

Swim-Fit

Swim fit is an intensive 60 minute swim session that works on stamina and endurance. You will need to be a competent swimmer to attend these training sessions.
