The Box Office is open from 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday and for one half hour before performances for most shows. A booking fee of £1 per transaction is applied to all credit and debit card bookings, tickets can be collected at the box office or there is an additional fee of 0.50p for postage. 


Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased. Ticket reservations must be paid for within 5 days of booking or they will be released for resale and we are unable to reserve tickets without payment within the 3 days prior to the performances. Extended reservation periods are available for groups and school bookings.

 

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Children under 5 will not be admitted for any performance other than  family shows. For family shows children under 18 months will be admitted free of charge if they do not require a seat. A babes in arms ticket will be issued for this purpose, please advise the Box Office when booking. 


The information in this brochure was correct at the time of going to print. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, times, ticket prices and opening hours.

 

When you book for the first time you will be asked if you would like to receive information from us. Your details will be stored on our box office system and will not be passed to third parties without your consent. CONCESSIONS - 60+, Under 16's, Students, Jobseekers and Disabled patrons are entitled to a discount of at least £2 off the top ticket prices. Please note that Disabled patrons can also claim 1 free carer ticket.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

GROUPS  6+  can claim £2 off the ticket price.

GROUPS 10+ can claim £2 off the ticket price and you will receive 1 free ticket for your group organiser.  As a group organiser you can also enjoy extended payment periods.

GROUPS 10+ - will receive 1 free ticket for the group organiser and enjoy extended payment periods


SCHOOLS -  there is a special SCHOOLS ticket, see individual performances for prices; plus you can claim 1 TEACHER'S seat free with every 10 tickets. This scheme is supported by Stantonbury Campus and Milton Keynes Council


FAMILY - Whenever you see this a special price applies to FAMILIES. See individual shows for details. Families are classified as a maximum of 2 adults with 2 children.
